Website
Process
The over all process of this project I think turned out good. The coloring I'm still a little meh on, but they are some of my favorite colors and it looks very different than to what you see on most webpages. So, how we learned to make a website was through a bunch of videos posted in google classroom. Since we could see what we were supposed to do it made the process easier. Even though the videos were on an older version of DreamWeber it was still easy to use. Mr. Olson (who made the videos) talked to us a lot about the coding part. We only actually went to the coding and changed text in there once. I didn't think my website was going to turn out as good as it did. I'm very happy with the outcome.
What I Learned
This is a hard thing to do. It takes a lot of work and concentration. If you miss one little piece of the coding it could ruin the whole page. You also have to know and understand HTML. Using DreamWeber made the process easier I think as well. Most people would have to do all of the coding by hand where as DreamWeber cuts out most of that. I also learned that web design isn't for everyone but if you want to be a web designer and want to learn coding you definitely can.
Experiences
I will definitely take some things that I learned from this project and apply it to other projects. I know that someone made DreamWeber to make the process easier of creating a website as well as to make it easier for anyone to learn. Also that, color isn't everything. If you think its good thats all that matters. Finally, take a step back and breathe. Sometimes you just need to look at it and think.
Conclusion
Overall this process was stressful at times and fun. Anyone can be a website designer if they want to be. You never truly know how its going to look in the end until you are actually there. If you get stressed just take some "you time" and breathe.
