Pop-Art Challenge

For this challenge we got randomly paired with people in are class to take photos of. So your partner was taking photos of you. Then you took photos of your partner. Then we chose the photo we wanted and had free rain of what we wanted to do as long as it was still within the criteria. For this challenge I did the comic book strip theme. I am actually working on a geometric one as well, but its taking a little longer than expected. So once i'm done with the geometric one i'm going to upload and turn that one in instead.

I didn't really know what I wanted to do for this project originally. I kept changing my mind and did the comic book theme which was really easy and I wasn't that happy with it. So I started looking at ideas online and thats when I found the geometric idea. Its going good so far and I honestly can't wait to see how it turns out.

What I Already Knew

So for the most part I ready knew how to do a lot of stuff for this project. I just looked up a tutorial on the things I wasn't sure about. This project was really easy and has a lot of creative freedom in it. Even though graphic design is a very creative field. Their are still things that block that creativity or things that you have to follow these rules to get the outcome you want. With this style its very open ended and you can do almost anything with it.

Conclusion

Over all I really enjoyed this project. I can't wait to get my geometric pop-art done. I will update and post the picture once i'm done with the geometric one.
